July Horoscopes

It’s Cancer Season,  you’re soaking in it.  And a witchy one it is at that, the seas are dark and full of beasties. Mysteries lurk in the depths, we are drawn down and in. Will we harvest romance, treasure, pearls ? Or cut and bleed from salty barnacles? Maybe a little of everything.  We’ve got Cap’n Jack Sparrow on the line, live from Davy Jones’ locker and ready to slur the July horoscopes right into your ear. So hide the rum and let’s dive right in.

Cancer/Rising:  Moon ruled and intense, the tides rise and fall every couple of days with Cancer peeps. But there are bigger currents, farther from shore and of late many old patterns and people we were attached to have gone out with the tide. Wave goodbye, let go. The Full Moon in Capricorn on July 8th is perfect for freeing yourself from relationships which no longer serve. The New Moon in Leo on July 23rd keeps your mind on your $ and your $ on your mind. Think fantastic financial reset that includes values as well as finances. How many Moons are there? The mythical, the unconscious, the feminine and maybe, according to some thinkers , perhaps more than we imagine.

Leo/Rising:  All the universe is tilting big Leo these days with the shift of the North Node into your gilded lair.  The New Moon in Leo of the 23rd is fabulous for a personal rebrand, and just what you’ve been longing for as early July can feel tedious for some. Glorious Mars in Leo, one of its best placements to my thinking, gets the party started later in July so hang on until then. The Full Moon in Capricorn on July 8th completes a cycle in your daily work and administrative routines, what has worked and what hasn’t? Don’t be afraid to change whatever isn’t upping your transformation quotient. In the meantime, do your best to stay gold until later in the month. As summer progresses and the mists clear, you are amped to warp factor 10.

Virgo/Rising:  The Virgo super power is that they see in 13D, while the rest of us muck around in 3D. We look and see a wall, they see the next several dimensions ahead and then act accordingly, rarely with energy to waste. July might seem dramatic to no nonsense Virgos, so take comfort in a little extra dream time or meditation to avoid becoming reactive. The Full Moon in Capricorn on July 8th in your creative zone packs some extra zing courtesy of Pluto. You aren’t like the other kids anyway and a chance to streamline in any area is always welcome. The Leo New Moon of the 23rd rocks your soul sector and it’s a good time to get metaphysical. Pull a rune or a card, the path is ever inward.

Libra/Rising:  It’s heavy transformation time for lovely Libra. Don’t get spooked by Pluto. It’s going down like this, the Capricorn Full Moon of the 8th is time to renegotiate contracts around the home front. See how I said that? I didn’t say “line in the sand” or “get rid of”. You’re not a hard ass, it wouldn’t work with you. But agreements you have entered into that no longer work can be reassessed and brought back into balance. Balance means you matter too! The New Moon in Leo on the 23rd is ideal for a public image upgrade, use some of that root angst to energize your public legacy, something more possible now than in the last decade as the Jupiter-Pluto throw down electrifies and gives you more engine power than you’ve had access to in a while.

Scorpio/Rising:  What draws the eye immediately is Saturn leaving your $ zone, after getting you into serious shape re values, priorities and appetites. And Uranus hitting your house of committed partnerships. But we’re getting ahead of ourselves, just remember that while Pluto can feel too spooky for some, you are pure Plutonian and have nothing to fear. The Full Moon in Capricorn on the 8th ends any low level network connections you’re still attached to, if it’s not lifting you up then it’s holding you back. The New Moon in Leo on the 23rd joins an electrifying line up in your career sector which includes the Sun and Mars. The chance to shine is yours but own the power because with Mars–either you’ll embody it or it will show up in the form of someone else.

Sagittarius/Rising:  The New Hampshire state motto is Live Free Or Die and it’s perfect for Sag too. How to handle this blood deep longing for freedom which runs through you like dna code and yet still live and bond with others? The key has been your Saturn initiation which can help you act with maturity rather than rashness, and yet achieve the same ends. Freedom from bondage or for bondage, whatevs, you know what I mean. The Full Moon in Capricorn on the 8th is another chance to review and refine $ habits that have already been in transformation mode. The Leo New Moon on the 23rd is sparkly fresh and just what you need to revamp your philosophical outlook in all the places where they bump against getting what you want. First rule of the Leo New Moon is make sure you are only bumping with your loved ones. Others are less likely to to view your libertine ways with tolerance in coming weeks.

Capricorn/Rising:  You’re not the Vulcan you once thought you were, but it’s okay, no one is. I strongly suggest you go to astro.com and find the house in your chart where you are manifesting Capricorn. If you don’t know your house system, you don’t know shiite. The July 8th Full Moon in, spoiler alert, Capricorn, is where it’s time to let go of old ideas of yourself and start cultivating that hidden awesome you keep hidden because you don’t think you can manifest it. The New Moon in Leo on the 23rd is the perfect rebrand for all the places where you share resources with others from taxes to erotic energy.  Keep it high side wherever possible, especially with peeps not evolving at the same rate as you. Remember, they are evolving but you can’t apply seagoat standards, everyone is not like you. Keep your own counsel.

Aquarius/Rising:  Silvery, social and ready for some freedom. The Full Moon in Capricorn on the 8th is a chance to close the books on anything not directly facilitating your inner transformation. What interests me most is your grand romance, with Mars/Sun/New Moon lining up toward the end of the month in your committed partnership sector. If you’re looking for a sign, this is it! The Leo New Moon on the 23rd asks you to renew your inner resources related to child like wonder, inner nobility, leadership and deep partnering . The North Node shifts the karmic energy of the universe right into the mix, so there is no mistaking the focus. Your social scene is a lot sleeker than it used to be, down to the peeps that matter or have to matter. By December you’ll be able to expand your social groups but for now, value those who value you.

Pisces/Rising:  People keep bubbling in and out of your consciousness, reliable one minute, gone the next. Reality has the weight of a spider web as you try to grasp the meaning of it all. The Full Moon in Capricorn on the 8th is a good time to meditate on a weekend getaway or good old fashioned gab fest with your bestie. Even better if you can do it in person. The New Moon in Leo on the 23rd helps you turn a corner in many of the places that you have felt stuck, ever the slightly wan one, you get a vim and vigor upgrade as we are going into a massive Leo pile up in your house of administrative deets. This can be a rare flip side shine sesh if you are willing to work muscles that aren’t normally utilized in your daily routines.

Aries/Rising:  You’re free, to do what you want, any old time….you dig? It’s a new feeling isn’t it? Bursting as you are out of your recent confines, relish this moment, you have earned it. The Full Moon in Capricorn on the 8th throws your public image sector into stark relief, the seeds you’ve sewn start to bloom. There is a price for everything, including this freedom, but you’re more than willing to pay for the space you have created for your personal awesome. The New Moon in Leo on the 23rd is part of a renaissance you will not believe. There’s been struggle baby but you are about to get a bag of lollipops starting the end of the month and all you have to do is decide which crown goes best with your horns.

Taurus/Rising:  You are going to become a complete stranger to your current self beginning with the next Uranus cycle. And the more confident you are about a particular aspect of yourself, the more amazing it’s going to be. Nothing is more delicious than wild ass Uranus soaked in solid, sink-your-teeth-in Taurus juiciness. Revamp! The Full Moon in Capricorn on the 8th could highlight some travel but it is also a major heralding of the end of a critical part of your old philosophy. Suddenly, like a bathrobe you used to love it is just over. The New Moon in Leo on the 23rd is the beginning of a new home front for you. How you nest, where you do it, the sort of base that generates the best version of yourself, it’s time. You’ll get a big jolt for lift-off followed by a longer meditation on just what it all means for you. Is home a place, is it inside you, is it a person, an action? Whatever you’re calling “home” now, ain’t it.

Gemini/Rising:  Attention Gemini! Frozen is your worst state, remember, when in doubt, act like a liquid! Flow, flow, flow. There are two modes of being this month, one is looking into the distance and bounding off toward the horizon and that clear vision you manifested and the other is trying to talk yourself out of all the reasons it can never happen. Don’t waste energy on romance or $ faqery in July. The Full Moon in Capricorn on the 8th is going to seal the deal on a romance, with the lights on, it may not be what you thought. Is it ever?  It also puts a cap on any money or resources you share with anyone else. Don’t settle now, just keep moving. The New Moon in Leo on the 23rd is an excellent time to connect with your social network, the focus is on neighbors, siblings and all the people we chitter chatter with both live and in the Ether. Carry on!
