Are you there Saturn? It’s me, Neptune

Are you crushing it, or being crushed?  The mutables Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces are especially impacted but this is happening for everyone and will continue to happen throughout 2015-2015. We better learn to familiarize ourselves now.

Did you know squares can be fantastic for your growth? Unlike a trine, there’s no lazybones approach to a square. The tension created demands attention. These two biggies are slower moving outer planets which affect us individually but also impact whole generations as well as world events.

If you take a look at your own chart (go to Astrodienst if you need to generate your chart) you see where Saturn and Neptune are? They’re in the same place for your peers as well. Example:  Neptune was in Scorpio from 1956-1971, so this is a generational placement. Saturn was in Virgo 2007-2011 and so on, these guys don’t hurry.

Neptune Keywords: Celibacy, faith, dissolution, escapism, mysticism, emotional, receptive, artistic, cinema, visions.

Saturn Keywords: Pessimism, boundaries, status, solid, loyal, ambitious, responsible, patient, perfectionist.

With Saturn currently in Sagittarius and Neptune in Pisces, you can see how these two are squaring up in your chart by looking at your house system.  For example I have a client with sixth house Saturn transit in Sagittarius and a ninth house Neptune transit in Pisces happening. Her square is all about channeling her education into her daily job and habits. And not just her university education, but the spiritual one which comes from living and traveling in the world and getting those feelings out in a concrete way. How do we break down all these big ideas and funnel them through that sixth house? It ain’t easy but the gift is in the doing. Take a look at your own transits to find out how this drama-rama is going down for you. We’re going to be talking about this for a long time to come.
